Do not Buy from Rooms To Go!!

DO NOT by furniture from Rooms To Go!!! A step on my daughter's bunkbed cracked after someone stepped on it, it is 1 month old, they refuse to fix it. We purchased an extended "accidental" plan that should cover it. They say it only covers if someone drops a cigarette on it, rips it, or spills something on it. Where is the logic in this?! Any legal advice would be appreciated!!! :)

My advice would be to call a lawyer. Every lawyer gives a half hour free consultation.

I don't even know what to tell you. I think that customer service has slowly slipped out of reach for everyone in America. Suddenly, words don't mean anything anymore...sad. And, I'm sad that you're having to deal with it.

You bet your hiney I would be calling corporate on that...especially with the extended warranty.
