Tuesday's Tip

Share

It sure feels like we went from Winter straight to Summer here in Georgia today. It's almost 90 degrees! The only thing that is keeping it feeling more like Spring is the green pollen covering the cars and anything that is outside for over 5 minutes. ~Yuck~ It's also Spring Break here, so we've been out enjoying the break w/ friends today and the kids are beat!

I hope you all had a wonderful Easter & hopefully got some good family time. We sure did. We were telling our extended family...see you in a month! For Mother's Day that is. Can you believe it's only about a month away? Yup...right around the corner...on May 9th to be exact. I have shopped ahead & think I have my gifts for Mother's Day already, but wanted to mention a few places to start thinking about or shopping around for a great deal.

Now if you're a guy looking for a spectacular way to earn brownie points, you can always check out the gorgeous selection of Diamond Rings @ Overstock.com. I've always wanted an Eternity Band, and they have some good deals on those. Hmmm.....maybe my hubby needs to read this post? ~wink~

Overstock.com also has some really nice gift baskets. They would be nice if you are sending something to your Mom who doesn't live nearby.

If you are looking for something that is more of the handmade route, I always love the goodies over at Pleated Poppy. I personally would not be one to buy an apron for myself, so something like this would be a nice treat for me. :)
Another one of my favorite places to shop for handmade goodies is Lilybella Boutique. I LOVE her oilcloth products. So easy to clean. I have a checkbook cover/calender I got from her a few years ago & still love it. All of her products can be personalized as well. Don't you love this market tote...for only $12??
Well, there are tons of cute ideas out there for Mother's Day gifts, graduation, etc. It's a busy time of year for everyone I know. I'll be sharing more ideas over the next few weeks. If you have a product you'd like for me to share, please email me. Have a blessed day ya'll!! ;)
