What inspired Lara to start Especially Made:
"I am a stay home mom of four very adventurous and energetic boys. I started my business over two years ago, and I really enjoy creating personal and unique items/projects for various occasions and events, or even just for fun! When I had my first son, I was looking for creative and custom ideas to decorate a space for him and I really couldn’t find what I was looking for in the stores. So, I started with a swatch of fabric and made a custom memory board to organize and display photos and keepsakes that were easy to change out, and another plus, was that there was no permanent damage to the photos because there was no need to use tacks or tape. With that I thought to create other custom items to decorate, and I began receiving requests from family and friends to design custom décor and gifts with different variations specific to the recipient(s). Thus, EspeciallyMade was started as an avenue to offer ideas in which I can create custom hand-crafted/personalized gifts and décor that are uniquely special and made especially for that certain someone."

I love the memo board I would like anything in shades of blue and have it in our bedroom/office, or shades of yellow and orange and have it in my dining room, how to decide :)
