Make It Monday-Treat Bags

I hope everyone is enjoying their holiday weekend! Unfortunately I had to shelve many of my plans due to a sick kiddo. :(
Alas, here I am, blogging away! :)

I have had these bookmarked, well, forever! I just think it is an adorable idea. Some crafty chick took these York Peppermint Patties and turned them in to the cutest little treats!
